I have the proof of charged money from my bank

What i want to say that they charged the money from me, but this LFS site said that the payment was unsuccesful, so I don't know what to do?

It still shows the that i only have demo license?

They charged me money for the license, but the same site did show that the payment was unsuccesuful, what should i do, i have proof with them charging money from me????
