I made a little comparison between fov values in openwheel and tin can cars
i run 3x 22" 1680 x 1050, so in total 5040 x 1050
i generally run 125 degrees, but 90 is also awesome.
also when doing this i noticed that my mirror pictures get added to the mirrors in the car infront of me so i made a pic of that aswell that using 30 fov :o
if the pictures seem small, just download them there huge
You could have expected alot of trolling unfortunatly, its a public forum.
the sugestion up here might be good, aswell as taking your pedal set apart and mounting it to a piece of wood
and setting your gas and brake only a centimeter or less apart
also some pedals allow for custom contract area and you could have a go at custom ones that have a different shape.
on the other hand it would be nice to see a video/interview in debt about all the creation processes involved in getting the new content / features out.
maby good idea to stop all this whining about new content, and it could be educational aswell
psrtv has been running live broadcast for a while now, running rfactor and now arca sim racing along with there mods and 8 hour races .
i believe they just use a spectator for camaraman (dont think this person is even local behind the pc), and there game allows on the fly pausing and rewinding of live races, so best idea would be to ask scawen to build that for us with the ablity of delay's/caching.
for commenter they use another spectator with the server being in teamspeak or ventrilo. so everything is captured.
looks like in low res ( if they screw up and the mouse pointer shows its HUGE ).
maby some one could ask them to confirm this but this is what i think after a few weeks of watching em now and then
Might not be the best location to post this but hey its worth a try,
i have a triple head to go digital and im currently running it using a vga cable, i have yet to get it to work on digital. i have my monitors (3 iiyama's ) connected using dvi cables, however only one of those is dual link dvi, is that a problem and might that be the reson why connecting it using the dvi cable doesnt work. it always shows red led saying resolution is not suported???? :o
south city chicane route qualifying doesnt work in patch y, go out of pits drive your first lap then pass the start/finish line it will say 1 at the top and then it will stay like that forever :o no laps are counted
i had a contest a while ago on my failed blog/website, to bad we didnt get the advertisment in place on the website
we gave someone a 10 bucks game for free
now im buying someone else a wheel
maby we can start a demo hotlap/racing server with the F BMW with stats and the best person over a week gets a free upgrade into a better community
like is said in the other topic, maby its good to merge the demo and the full game, but only allow demo users to join blackwood, and use the first 3 cars, thats gona be a pain to code im sure but it would be great for lots of new blackwood servers and prolly expanding the s2 playerbase becoz people get to watch the cars firsthand
It could be fun to have a demo and s2 compo, where you would have demo users in gtt and others in rb4 fxo
it would be nice if the demo and s2 server's merged ( so people with demo could play on blackwood with the first 3 cars and the rest could select any of the others that are allowed , that would prolly make people more envious and buy the game *yes i am a sadistic **** and i like to torture people :P*
maby the fxo needs a little more tirewear, it still a ff so fronttires are over used. so brake and cornering and speeding up should hurt the tires more.
i believe in touringcar championships ff cars could be something like 50 kilogram lighter for there inferior drivetrain.
its in the Super 2000 Technical Regulations of the btcc
Front-wheel drive cars must weigh a minimum of 1110kg, rear-wheel drive car a minimum of 1140kg
