I just realized there are no "real" sports racing cars in LFS.

For the next release maybe a dedicated sports racer or two?

Think McLaren CanAm, Porsche 917/10, Porsche 962, Shadow CanAm, Ferrari 712, or maybe something more modern like the current crop of LeMans cars?

Just a thought, I am really enjoying the new BMW single seater though!

If I see a (lapped) car coming up behind me that is significantly faster I'll make an effort to let them by. It's easier to do that then to fight with them and cause a wreck.

I like some of the longer Aston tracks. It takes me too long to learn any of the other ones...

Just wanted to say thanks for running a great server.

I spend most of my time at Redline 3 - AS Club w/ FOX.

I have had a ton of fun there and have never had any issue with an admin. I am quick to apoligize if I do something stupid and try to be courteous to others, which I think goes a long way.

What are some good first sector times? It seems to me that a 32xx is crucial for a good lap.

Are most of you running through the chicane in 5th or 6th? I tend to go through in 5th, exiting (on a good lap) at 110-112 MPH, and then upshifting...

What I've found is that I need to turn in much earlier for the first part of the chicane. I was waiting too long and making a much harder second half of it.

I've been concentrating on Aston Club, racing the FOX for the past week or two and have had the best time. It's almost as if the car and circuit are perfect for each other. Most of the other drivers have been great.

Finally got into the 1:01's today. Lot's of fun!
