sorry, where can I find about the part of about local server... bcs I am from Hong Kong , sorry for my bad english!

How to use host to open a local server? This problem make me crazy !!~! pls help me~!

[HTC] have [HTC-Drift] ,[HTC-develop] ,[HTC-Race and roof] and [HTC-Poice] . they all looking for member .If you are interest, pls go this forum to post your info there , and me will accept your membership !!!
