AFTERMATH
Ladies and gentlemen. What a night for round 1! Everyone was showing awesome performance today, and i am surprised how well the guys took down the challenge on the R1 layout, which was a tough one to tandem. Many of the guys managed to lay down a good qualifying run, but some of the top guys fell off in the early stages of TOP16. The night was full of surprises, but the biggest surprise was LSN Exhaust once again. He cleared his way to the finals once again with superb driving, but got edged out in a one more time battle against UD Jake. The final battle was an absolute thriller. We had door to door driving, contact, spins and almost everything that you could ask for a final battle! Maxxis Kimmy was able to take down Smoke.RPS13 in the 3rd place battle after a rather tight battle against him. Next weekend we will most likely be driving under the palm trees of Fern Bay in the round two of the season!

We are going to kick off the season officially next Saturday, when hundreds of horsepowers will rip up some tarmac at the Replica of Ahvenisto Raceway. We have moved the competition date to saturday, due to scheduling problems. This change affects every round in the series, meaning that every round will start at 16.00UTC on saturday. You are able to join qualifying as long as you get on the server, or notify our staff before the qualifying ends.
We have also decided to run the series XRT only, due to other cars having significant advantages on some of the layouts that we run in the series.
So make sure to spread the word, and come down to Smoke.Drift Server for epic winter drift battles on Saturday, 6.12.2014. Qualifying starts 16.00UTC and the track will be on at the server for free practice 24/7.

Here's the scores from the Pre-Season test round! LSN Exhaust took an astonishing win by driving an LX6 with 110KG Ballast to balance the performance, and he won all of his rounds! Maxxis'jSide just edged off Smoke.Panda in the Semi finals, and Maxxis'jSide got a free 3rd spot, since AchR.Micko.A was absent. Smoke Alliance would like to thank you all from participating and supporting the series. We got 43 drivers qualifying for TOP16, which was an absolutely mind-blowing experience, as this was our first official event ( minicomps not included). Be sure to attend the round 1 Season opener at the Nordic Nürburgring, as known as Ahvenisto Raceway in Finland!
