I believe it would be a good choice to publish on Steam when we have modding support, finished S3 content and so on. That way popularity of LFS would increase.
After we see S3 it would be good to make LFS more popular by releasing it on Steam.
I have tested 0.6F version on Linux (Linux Mint 17 64 bit) and I can compare it to native Windows version.
On Linux it does not open .jpg files (there's more unlisted here):
SUITO.jpg
HE_Marshall.jpg
AX_ADS1.jpg
...
But the game visually looks nice but not how it should look (it's not smooth) and is not missing textures.
With highest settings and antialiasing 8x, VSync on I get around 39-50 FPS.
Without antilasing I get around 56-61 FPS. Then turning off VSync does not change anything. Frame limiter is set on 100.
On Windows 7 64 bit with everything on highest and antialiasing 4x, frame limiter off I get around +300 FPS.
I was testing on BL1 track. I was using Wine 1.7.20 and open-source AMD/ATI graphic drivers (version 1:7.3.0-1ubuntu3.1). Kernel version: 3.13.0-24, X.Org: 1.15.1.

Nice release! I started programming with Python and i like it. But i have some questions about it. How i can handle CompCar for all players (more than 8)?
I made it self. The difference is, that my skins are only white, maybe it will be useful for somebody.

XRT template
Hello, today i just made XRT blank (white) template. I needed it self and now im sharing it with everybody. It contains simple skin, .psd (for photoshop) or .xcf (for GIMP) templates with layers of every car part.

Hello. Im using LFS External. The problem is, i didn't found any messages tracking packet except MSO. And, how this would work? Ex. message: "roki60 does not have a car", i want to track this message and show button at the center with the text: "Please reselect the car". Thanks.
I would like to try some older LFS External versions like 1.1.1.2 or 1.1.1.3. Where i can find them?
