Hello, my friend have bought a S2 licence from his friend back in the days, like 5 years ago and he didn't give him the web password because he said he doesn't remember which password is set + he also said he doesn't remember the email it's been registered on.
My mate would now love to upgrade to S3 but he basically can't, since he can't log on to the website since he has no web password. He is daily using the licence, so you'd be able to see it's really his licence at the moment (you can check IP history etc)..
So I am asking, is there any chance my mate would get a password reset or an email change?
It'd be quite shameful if he bought a licence and would have to buy a new one to get S3..
The reason I am talking for him is he can't speak English very well, so he asked me to do it for him.
His username is "ceep" and I can supply any contact to him.
