maybe you can guess the email, if you just enter all email adresses you ever used?

If that is unsucessful then you could try to email developers, but somehow your friend would have to prove that it really is him. (Maybe replay from online server where he says something in chat? Not sure.)

Well, the guy who sold him the licence said he has like 20 emails and he doesn't remember them all anymore and yeah he can easily prove it I think

Hello, my friend have bought a S2 licence from his friend back in the days, like 5 years ago and he didn't give him the web password because he said he doesn't remember which password is set + he also said he doesn't remember the email it's been registered on.
My mate would now love to upgrade to S3 but he basically can't, since he can't log on to the website since he has no web password. He is daily using the licence, so you'd be able to see it's really his licence at the moment (you can check IP history etc)..
So I am asking, is there any chance my mate would get a password reset or an email change?
It'd be quite shameful if he bought a licence and would have to buy a new one to get S3..

The reason I am talking for him is he can't speak English very well, so he asked me to do it for him.
His username is "ceep" and I can supply any contact to him.
It would be great if anybody could help him, thank you in advance!
