Hi racers,

after the first unsuccessful attempt with a model downloaded from Sketchfab, I decided to draw the model of the Alfa Romeo 4C from scratch!

And since I have already completed suspension, tyres, engine, etc... and compared to the real one they gave me very good sensations, I would like to see this car online on LFS!

I don't know if I'll be able to finish it due to lack of time but in the meantime here's how far I've come...

Second thing is the 3d model itself. Did you create it yourself? If yes then you should post some pictures to show that you indeed are the creator. Sadly it has become necessary because too many people lied about that.
If you downloaded the model from somewhere then it must have a suitable license. Also, obviously it must not be ripped from a game or re-upload from a commercial site.

The logo wouldn't be a problem, it was just provisional. The problem is that this CCA-licensed model I downloaded from Sketchfab might have been ripped from another game.

Hi racers,

I started working again on the Alfa Romeo 4C. I have now ready a full 3D model with 32K triangles and a real 4C to compare with this mod.

Initially I had prepared suspension, tyres, engine, etc... based on RAC 3D model.
But now I'm working on the complete mod!

Make an Alfa Romeo 4C spec version of it?

It was 2.0 turbo and 242hp!

Why this absurd power? Make it original!

Very nice! But...
1) Windshield must be transparent in my opinion!
2) If you want to race against the BERG CUP, you probably will need to increase the width of the tires by one measure (or decrease those of the BERG)

I suggest to reduce the darkness of the windshield more. Probably even bringing it to zero.

For the ALFA ROMEO 4C, I have an obj file of the entire car and my direct experience as owner

In my opinion: ALFA ROMEO 4C!

Why is there no downforce despite the wings?

It's similar to an italian Formula Predator. I like it!
And I suggest:
1) Probably more weight: around 385Kg with driver
2) A more loud engine: now it doesn't sound like and R1 engine
3) Perhaps less tyres width: 195 front and 225 rear is already right
4) Graphically the front wing appears too big and for both wings I suggest only one airfoil

Too many brakes for me too, but overall it's good.

Perhaps I suggest trying to enable slicks tires as well, so just to try them out.

One question: I heard some backfires, very interesting! But how were they done?!

The maximum power, in my opinion, is too high for that type of engine. For a tuned 1400cc I'd say a maximum of 135hp
