I appreciate that LFS devs have the frontality to come to us and say "the release will be postponed because of A, B and C", not leaving us in the dark.

Still, XFG is too light, the weight of the XRG helps it to cope with the bumping. XFG just flies out of Earth's gravitational field when rammed.

South City is one of the places I like to race the most, and I'd love to see some new goodies in it.

The challenging thing about SO is that it alternates very fast sections with slow/tricky sections, with those walls waiting for your mistakes.

So I guess that, while keeping this in mind, the devs could come up with some really nice new track configuration. And I think they will.

Is it that you lose all that time? I use mouse/keyboard and I just do it normally: accelerator off, gear shift and accelerator on.

Patch Y is a great patch. The game is evolving (lots of new tweaks now!), and I don't understand what's all the fuss about this patch. Who drove well before, can drive well now with the patch Y.

I've driven a bit in the new patch Y, and I like what I've seen/felt. It's moving towards more realism, not forgeting the pleasure of a videogame, which is very good.

Since the "game" changes, the "score" changes. I say it's only fair and consistent that the PBs be reseted.

Try one thing: reset your braking points to earlier times, corner with just a maximum 1/4 of wheel turn, aim for the apex and use all the width of the track. Keep doing that as you brake later and later, until you reach the limit.

Oh, and use that curbs.

I've been playing LFS for a while, since LFS S1, but just know I've decided to say hi.

I'm a mouse driver, and with a lot to learn yet.
