you need a second video vard (and a mobo which offers two PCI-E slots). 2nd card can be really cheap one like 6600gts or something. finally you need a little program called "softth". but i would go for the th2go as well, because its supporting a lot more games (http://www.matrox.com/graphics ... cts/th2go/gaming/list.php).

Just for info, the "digital" version of triplehead2go is now available.

my one did not run yet with LFS. will test it today. also i've currently too small desk and the three displays looking crap when formed like an "U". the monitor stand arrives only today or tomorrow. than i can make a nice pic.

@moatherboard....theoretically you should be able to use nearly every SLI-motherboard.

pls can someone give me an advice how I get work following system in order to be able to use SoftTH:

- asus A8N-Sli deluxe
- 8800gts
- 7800gtx

On my mobo, i have two pci-e slots (blue and black) and an "asus ez selector" to change between "single" and "dual" graphic mode. Usually I had always the "old" 7800gtx running in the blue slot and selector was on "single", because I think that "dual" mode is only for SLI necessary. (correct me, if i am wrong)

Now I got the 8800gts, installed it also on the blue slot and changed the old 7800gtx to black slot. the "asus selector" i kept on single mode.

But now i have follwoing problem. After re-start, I have to install driver for the one card...which is okay....but than he wants me to install the driver for the 2nd card.... and while installing the 2nd driver the computer is crashing.

Also the cards became VERY hot, during that operation.

I ve now installed only the 8800gts, and everything runs well and smooth.


Does anyone has an idea, how i get work the 2nd card properly (changes in bios, on mobo or something else?)

yep, its hard to to understand that teams want to drive same settings as they qualified....but you american genies seems to be to clever for the old europeans....i am sorry for being noob. sorry, really.

anyhow, i think it will not change the anti-american decision of 24h race to race with 0/50/100...so just live with the decsion and save yr energy for further....ähm....just live with it.

this thread doesnt discuss the 24h race...and i am talking about a RACE....one race....where a a qualifying has been done...and where no global balancing will be changed because of "scawen have a good to day" to think to change it before one week of the race. at least he gave us the possibility to keep the race on FAIR level (means AS QUALIFIED).

all who changed the car to fxr or who used the fxr car from beginning in 24h race diddnt know until yesterday, that fxr car is in adavantage to xrr/fzr UNTIL yesterday...so just accept the rules or give the fxr drivers again the chance to choose their car, new qualifying etc.....pls understand!!!!

the testpatch was taken because of the slot-improvement....at this stage nobody was imagine that global balancing is going to be changed (again....with old w17 patch....balancing is same as with w24). it would be unfair for all fxr drivers to allow the xrr/fzr cars to drive the race with lower weight than before carchange-deadline....its just for the fairness of 24h race....nothing against community decision that xrr/fzr are to slow at all against fxr.

latest test patches has nothing to do with "global balancing" from master server....so if we would use w17 we had same weights...0/40/80...so dont argue with testpatches!!!!

the cars were choosed with 0/50/100....so be sportsmen and accept the rules to drive the race with that setting. nobody could imagine that devs are going to change the balancing one week before the race and giving avdvantages to xrr/fzr cars without giving the fxr cars a chance to change the car.

how about you let the orga decide.....and just quit the race if you cant agree with the rules?

hi....i am talking only about corner entry....Maybe its possible to give me an idea what process(es) makes the car more vulnerable for oversteer in corner entry with low coast lock.

I understand thats also a question of driver skills, but also for a very good driver its harder to get a corner under low coast lock as with high coast lock. I simply want to know why its harder?

Okay ...sorry I mixed up something....when I said I want to know why my car is stepping out of a corner with LOW coast lock....of course my car is massively OVERSTEERING....(not understeering...sorry)....and I want to know why the car is doing that.

thanks for yr answer....but I still dont understand why the car is going to understeer while having low coast lock ....is it because due to easier turning ability which is creating more weight-transfer...and loosing grip?
