well the site works fine here

I'm actually looking forward to trying out their game despite all the crap they created for themselves.
Scawen and Kaemmer are both God in my opinion.

p.s. The gfx looks 100% like in a certain game published 3 years ago. Ok a bit worse.

lol One of the sky textures is stolen from nr2003. lol

I have a Sapphire 9600xt and don't care about driver updates. The best driver for this card speedwise is the 3.7 IMHO. It has the least CPU hit in LFS and NR2003.
I only updated to Omega 4.12 because Battlefield 2 didn't launch on 3.7. It gives me about 1 fps less in LFS and NR2003 and about the same in rFactor or Richard Burns Rally which are harder on the GFX card. Since then I uninstalled Battlefield so I could go back to 3.7, but I don't do it because I don't want to upgrade to 4.12 again................

So if you don't own one of the newest card and don't play the newest games it's a bit useless (pure time wasting to be honest) to upgrade drivers unless you have serious problems with some games or your system is screwed up completely.

The funniest thing is when the gfx card manufacturers say in the release notes of the newest drivers that they managed to increase the performance by 10 percent. Well that's true, however they forget to mention that in the previous 12 months they lost 11 percent:illepall

Well I really recommend this Maxthon browser, to any IE, Firefox users. It's original configurations didn't suite me too well, but after a couple of minutes of tweaking I didn't look back to anything else . It's strongest point is customization, which is the most important for hard core users I think.
And of course Total Commander is the nr. 1. file manager. Just forget about windows explorer. Ok enough of this spam

Some of you sound like you have more experience with the WWW than me(I'm only on it actively for the last two years). So could you tell me why Firefox is more secure than IE? OK I believe it's more secure, but why? What do the security patches do at microsoft.com? How is my computer still in one piece, yet I don't install those patches, and I don't use Firefox? Won't a nasty javascript run the same way on IE, and FF? Or a nasty activex control that you consciously downloaded destroy your system the same way?
I don't know anything about these thing, but I feel the hackers don't really want to cause big damage, they just do it for "fun". Yet at the same time I think if they really wanted to, they could destroy a lot of things no matter what software you use. For example the Panda online antivirus service works through a downloaded activex thing, and through that it has full access to your file system. Now imagine what these kind of things could do in the wrong hands to a stupid user!

I for one don't like Firefox at all, because:

-still incompatible with many pages, simply doesn't load some things(found three in two days)
-crashes frequently when using Acrobat Reader(I experienced this also when using Linux with Mozzilla, so it's a probably bug in the Mozzilla side of it
-loads very slowly for the first time
-not any faster than IE on a 512/128 connection, and probably slower on more complex pages(tested it with a stopwatch)
-have to download tons of plugins, to make it work decently
-when I download those plugins, and my context menu grows big, i can't see the top of it in 800x600 reso., that's really great
-when it crashes it wipes out the whole cache, so it gets even slower for the next couple of days
-I just don't have any security problems with IE, because I don't go to porn and cracking pages that often, and I have Kaspersky installed, which checks everything realtime while browsing. And as Firefox gains popularity, hackers will started playing with it anyway.

I personally use Maxthon, a browser based on IE. Some features:
-tabbed browsing
-built in RSS
-brutal ad-killer(can be switched off with one click)
-mouse gesture
-auto collapsable side bars
-if it were to crash accidently(never does), it reloads every tab automatically, which were opened before the death
-you can start off your browsing the next day where you left off before
-undo function for tab closure
-based on IE, so much more compatible and stable than Firefox Bugzilla
-loads fast
-tons of plugins are available
-EVERYTHING is CUSTOMIZABLE
-and much much more, that I haven't even discovered in two months

And all these are built in, you don't have screw around with plugins. I've only downloaded two things for it so far: a plugin which enhanced the context searching capabilities( now it's even better than FF), and a Firefox skin.

Personally I think all this love towards Firefox is fueled by the hate towards Microsoft, not by some rational decision.

A related question: is there a tool out there which allows you to map the quick messages to your wheel buttons?

Because if there isn't I might give you mine, which even lets you keep your LFS button settings at the same time. So you can press the horn, and say 'GO GO GO you noob!!!!' instantly. Insane!
But seriously I did this tool, because some arrogant aliens started banning me when I didn't say sorry in 0.5 secs. My keyboard is far away when I drive, so this is probably only a problem for me. And I didn't want to lose any wheel buttons to the messages.

Quote from Hummer :never! our performance has improved a lot since Matthaus is our coach, so I don't get it why should he go :?

Szerintem sem kéne. Tegnap tényleg jók voltunk, de sajnos sztem Lothar el fog menni, rohadtul elege van az egészből... Germans are born to be winners.

BTW I love listening to English people when they whine about football and cricket How's the Ashes series guys?

You should arrange a friendly against the Scots, and if you lose....
But that Beckham kid should be kicked too. He's too old for the wing and can't tackle so he's useless in the middle too.

But the more important question: should Lothar Matheus go from the bench of the Hungarian national side?
(After todays last minute defeat against Sweden in an interview he mentioned Ibrahimovic's goal as a 'F*cking goal':-)
