You bumbed Van Den Bosch twice (1:18, 2:15) before the spin in lap 1. And what did you think in next lap (replay time 6:33)? You changed your line three times which caused your spin.
Im not saying, it was nice drive by Van Den Bosch but you werent better...
Really annoying to be sick, when the championship was in the Aston. Especially, when the layout contains my favourite part of Aston: Historic North -section. After falling to ill Wednesday evening, I slept ~16 hours last night :-/

It seems, no one reported start of the main race. I was doing it, but forgot to post it before time limit So, this is not a protest, just a nice pic of parked cars...
Niittymäki got about ten hits after the spin.. most were incidents, but some have been done without any intention to avoid. Some people just keep on full throttle when there were the wall of ~stopped cars ahead. The final outcome were six cars nicely parked as you can see.
Its pitlane incident on lap 4 (main race, time 19:25). The other car was #150, Pire. Latypov got speeding penalty after they touched. Actually, it seems he got it before they touched so it was probably small lag hit. I agree, its unfair to get penalty because of lag hit but its not unfair to get penalty after crashing on the pitlane
Hmm... If I remember, the last calendar were published before the christmas. Or do you mean, Aston event was delayed? Because, when looking the calendar, today we should be in Aston instead of Fern Bay And even when there is info LX4 race will be at saturday, event date is 15th ie. sunday.
Im wondering, why you do expect attendance grows up over night?
IMHO its ridiculous to reschedule a day before event when the orginal schedule was released months ago. Im voting for move to Sunday, but I dont like at all this kind of spontaneus, immediate, changes. Checking attentance of Sunday would be fine but it should be delayed to the next weekend.
Actually, the Sunday would be much better for me, because after working day Im too tired to do any preparations for event. For example, at 13:00 today my last LX4 laps were last weekend and I had no setup for KY GP. And because of Team Speak studying & installation, I lost my planned - 10 min per car - practise time
Actually, between the start and red flag, the event was macabre. Im noob of LFS events but I guess this wasnt the way how serious drivers do it. There were a few incidents even behind the SC. (I made some light contacts too - the driving middle of tyre warmers and reading messages is dangerous.) It was unpredictable how much hassle there was. We, the drivers, are responsible too
Im wondering, which kind of tools you are using. For example, when yellow flag and SC is raised, how you figure out the order? Race control should be able to tell the correct order before green flags. When saying correct order, I mean the fairest possible without hours of replay watching. I guess, no one of the racers have a paddock to providing the facts, thus the alone source of information is the race control. So, when there is hassle like today, much more desciptions, rule reminding and infon is demanded.
People were getting positions back due various reasons under yellow flags. I joint to the list after few cars pass me without any explanations when driving behind SC. I remember one car was allowed to pass under yellow flags. It was #31, #28 or #21. Some one of them was allowed to get position back during the second SC period. All others were breaking rules.
There were so much hassle, no one can remember. I hope, the count down of 30 hours will start, when official replays are published. I didnt save replays, because I supposed the official versions will be published after event :-/
Im waiting for replay, really. Will be interesting to see whats going on during pace car sections. Both times I was following car front of me, but when the rest of cars reached us, it was total mesh.
I wondered, these rules are removed but they arent. People were getting positions back after spins - and even without any reason. During second pace car section, there were about five cars between me and the car which I was following. They just passed me - I was on the pace all the time :o I didnt block messages, so Im sure no one of them were allowed to do it.
Im not arquing against red flag and reset of grid... Race was totally out of control of race control
My first failure was to go pit on same monent, when I read message: dont shift+s/p during qualification session. I thought, I could go from pit lane to pit, but it was misunderstanding. I was lucky, because Corny failed too and qualification was restarted :-) So, I found myself starting from the middle of the grid.
I lost just about 4-5 places on the flying start. Is it the WR? ;-( I was ready on starting line, but I missed totally the later start commad But I got positions back fastly during next two sectors. There were some nice racing in the begining but after ~4 laps, I was alone and just waiting for chequered flag. Franky´s fuel mistake gave me 4th(?) place.
I built my LX6 setup from my (not so good, I guess) AS6R set in 10 minutes before joining to the event server. So my LX6 was far away from good. During qualification I was totally out of pace - a lot of little mistakes, but I supposed trouble was adaptation to lx6. Again, I was middle of the grid after qualification. I made some little changes before the race. And I was one sec faster in race after heating tyres (lap 3 or 4). And I was even more happy, when I was able to continue the same pace lap after lap.
It was so annoying to follow you, when my car doesnt work at all in hard braking zones. I lost a lot of time before a hairpin and last chicane when avoiding the flat spots.
I thought, it was me who wake up predator again... I luckily out braked you before last chicane and drove one sector front of you. Then you found more speed again :-) Im not sure.. Would be nice to see replay - I forgot to save. The ending of the race appeared exciting before Franky was out of fuel again Then I was cruising again... to the 4th place.
I would like to see rwd which performance equals to UFR & XFR. I know, people think its FWD GTR class but should it be? Now highest class, in which rwd driver can challenge fwd drivers, is TBO. Its annoying.
