I have a similar problem.

The server stopped sending/receiving car pos updates, nobody could see each other. For what it's worth, the master server took forever to show the server again once I restarted it.

Works for me; I have left-analog UP throttle, DOWN brake. Right-analog left & right steering.

And for what it's worth, left stick inward horn and right stick inward lights.
