Are you sure that you have all of the other steering related settings adjusted in the appropriate way? In particular, the 'wheel turn' and 'wheel turn compensation' sliders in the <options>....<controls> page ? Do make sure that the 'wheel turn' slider is set to the correct arc of rotation for your wheel (180 degrees?). Settin the 'wheel turn compensation' to 1.0 should give you good linear response in the centre section of the wheel, which should address your problem, I think.

I've attached a setup which I created that I find very effective - I can lap the LX4 with this quicker than I can many of the much more powerful cars (FZ50 et al) on the tight circuits. I also use a Logitech wheel.

Anyway, hope that helps.
LX4 Skins

Here's a zip file of four colour schemes for the LX4. My first ever attempt at 'skinning'. Indeed my first acquaintance with 'The Gimp'. Have tried to make the LX4 look a bit more realistically like a Westfield/Caterham 7; with bare alloy panels, and carbon mudguards, and stuff. Hope readers find these useful. Expereinced skinners, please don't laugh too much.

Hi,

I encountered the same problem with a logitch wheel (although not the momo one). The solution I found was as follows:

1) select 'options' from the opening page of LFS
2) select 'controls'
3) click on the 'combined' option adjacent to the 'Throttle/brake axes' choice
4) that then lets you map both pedals to the 'y-axis', which seems to work.

I hope that helps....
