Any Englishman that names his child 'Enzo' needs a slap. His bias towards Ferrari is becoming really annoying. He was planting the blame at Fisi left, right and center when Michael's front wing was hanging off in Hungary (2006). This was before the replay showed it was clearly Schu's mistake.

I remember reading somewhere that, if you find it hard to stay awake during a Grand Prix. Train your dog to bark every time James says, "Certainly is".


PS. If you haven't noticed Mr. Allen's constant use of the phrase "Certainly is" then I apologise. As you will no doubt want to shoot me in the face for bringing it to your attention.

I've just now finished the module and it works fine. Although I found that the colours used with LFS make the names hard to read on our website. So after all that effort in trying to trap the colours in php, I've just got the player names coming out in black.

I'll player with the colours later to make them easier to read.

Thank you and sorry to you all. I shouldv'e given you some background on what I was doing. But I was in an extreme rush, and I was late enough as it was! lol

I'm currently making a php script. This script is a module, to add our LFS server status into the "who is online" box for a phpbb2 forum.

I have nearly finished apart from one thing. Changing LFS ^* symbols into there html equivalents.

for example: my LFS name is: ORT>>DAB78, but when I read the hostxxxx.txt file the name is in a unformatted LFS style: ^6ORT^r^r^7DAB78.

So I know ^6 is cyan text colour, ^r is '>' and ^7 is white text colour. I was wondering if there is a list, telling me what the rest of all the ^* symbols are.

I decided to show INX Joen's renders. Simply for the fact that an F1 car with Michelin logos all over it wouldn't have Bridgestone tyres on.

I don't like asking other people for favours. But I have little choice here. I have no means, or the know how to do a hi-res render.

I've recently ordered a dedicated LFS server from INX-Gaming. I've added the INX logo to our teams BF1 skin. I've showed them a poor cmxviewer pic to ask for approval. They've approved the use of the logo but are now asking for a better hi-res pic. I thought a render would be nice!

So I'd though that I would come here (Cap in hand) and ask if someone would do a nice render of the skin for me?

I would be most grateful if you could help.

The computer turns off, it doesn't reboot. Well at least not in an instant reset kind of way. This is what happens: Racing (or crashing) on LFS. Then after about 10mins the screen goes blank. I then get an OSD message from my monitor saying it's got no single and is going to switch to 'off mode' in 5secs. The case fans and water cooling are still running at this point. The screen as it said switches off along with the case fans. If I however leave it off for 5-10mins after shutdown the computer does power up by itself

Normally I would think that I have a hardware issue. But the fact that the only game it does this with is LFS with patch U seems odd. Like I said Doom3, Half-Life2, FEAR and even patch T still work fine. Odd indeed.

I ran prime95 for ages (about an 30-60mins). It was passing all the test. I then got bored and stopped it. Temp peaked at 48C (Tank 43C).

I connected my graphics card to the power supply with a lead that has nothing else connect on to it. Power supply 600w.

I've installed a new copy of LFS and upgraded it to patch T. It works fine. Patch U however still powers down.

I've playing LFS with no problems since before just Christmas. I've recently been playing S & T with nigh on no problems (All I had was the crash-to-desktop problem when there was a pile-up with patch S). But since I've installed Patch U, I can only play for about 10mins before my PC powers down. When I say 'powers down' I mean Zap! it's off. Not the nice 'Windows is shutting down' kind of power down.

I've tried heavy sessions of Doom3, Half-Life2 & FEAR to see if might be my graphics card that's cooked. But they all seem to work fine.

I want to downgrade my LFS back to T to see if it's U that's causing my grief. I've kept all the files and patches from the when I originally installed Q. The question I'm asking is; Would reinstalling from Q back to T mess up my licence?

Or, If you've got any other ideas?

Has anyone been to a F1 Grand Prix this year yet? I know there's not been many GPs this year. But I was wondering if BMW Sauber had an Exibit Stand? I'm thinking along the lines of the Toyota stand with their simulators.
