I mean, I've looked at the car specific setup analyzers ( http://forum.rscnet.org/showthread.php?t=157180 ), but is there a simple spreadsheet I can use to setup other cars? A car independent spreadsheet?

I need to setup the FOX car, and really need help in setting the suspension, bars, ride height, etc

I recently joined the LFS "community" and I'm wondering if there are any portuguese teams and leagues.
I'm sure there's some level of association... Can someone please enlighten me?
