But, i have downloaded some skins for the public, and i tend to use them online, but can other online drivers see it? If not, what do i have to do?

I have seen some sweet ass skin making talents on this forum, where they have changed the rims and lights and things like that. What do i have to do to make things like that appear in the game? Do i need positive credits on my account?

Just need some confirming!
