I guess this is a catch 22 situation. How are the going to be more S2 players if they don't purchase the licence, yet they don't want to purchase the licence due to the lack of S2 players online.

There are heaps of S2 racers on Aussie servers every night. Get the licence you wont be disapointed.

There is a few leagues for Aussies too. AAL and OZBee-r's MNR come to mind. Youll need a full S2 licence for them tho.

The AAL is proud to announce our largest and most diverse Wednesday night series.
Starting on June 28th we will be covering all the track locations with one sprint round(with one reverse grid race), 5 mid distance and 2 x 3 hour enduros this series will provide a great variety.

My website reffers to the tracks the way that LFS World returns the data..

I.E.
Blackwood GP = 000
Aston Grand Prix = 640

Does anyone know what the new track configs are? (North and GT)

I run thru an ISP that does have a transparent proxy but several friends have no problems thru the same ISP.

Other than that ive got NO software firewall (Win firewall is off) and just a Netgear NAT router and ADSL modem that ive been using since I first started racing LFS 3 years ago.

Ive now done 3 downloads and three installs?

I still cant download skins.

Any help? its VERY annoying.

I just downloaded the game again to a new folder and copied my mpr's over. I ran one and it asked to download missing skins, I said yes then I got the same problem

It worked fine for months......

And It still doesnt work after I patched it to P8 ??

Whenever I join a server (or someone joins one im on) and the game tries to get the skin I get the following error. The same error occours when viewing replays.

I have automatic download set to "yes".

It happen's with P2 and P8.

A bug or did I do something wrong?

Does it adjust settings for currently running servers? Can it handle multiple servers on the one machine?

With our first S2 series in the GTR's in the home stretch the AAL is proud to announce our next series and a special one-off multi-driver event.

Flying Fox Festival
Those who have S2 will know how much fun the Formula XR is to drive and we have decided to use this for our next series. The Formula XR is a nimble open wheeler that will ensure plenty of good close racing over the five round series starting at Blackwood starting on the 12th of October.

The Kyoto 3 Hour
LFS S2 has a great feature that allows a driver to "take over" from another driver and continue the race using the same setup and car. We plan to use the feature to run our first multi-driver event, The Kyoto 3 Hour. Teams of two drivers each will run the GTR cars arround the Kyoto GP Long track for 3 hrs on the 28th of September.
