Yes yes, I'm unfortunately in the US. But I really want to get in on some LFS races! It's been 8 years since I've been on, and recently jumped back in and remembered why I love LFS so much. The smoothness, handling feel, it's basically CS but in driving form. Especially now with VR (which is shockingly good on LFS).

It seems all the typical events are not US based, sadly. I like cruise servers, but I really want to do some actual races. I do prefer GT cars, but I'd race anything honestly.

Can anyone recommend me a good group I could join? I lead a very busy life but do usually have downtime on weeknights and some weekends. So I couldn't race every single week, but I'd like to get in 3-5 real races a month.

I got it! I had to edit the registry string for the wheel from "Driving Force GT" to "Driving Force GT USB", then I re installed the drivers, and re installed the profiler. The problem was before it was seeing it as a Driving Force Pro.

ok i finally got profiler woriking, but it shows it as a driving force pro and not gt. also the shifter still won't work, but force feedback is working! wheel still only turns 90 degrees i've done all settings in lfs i know

Well I tried the different ports, back and front, wheel spun itself, and logitech profiler STILL won't find it. argh so frusterating! Windows 7 detects it fine in game controllers, but i neeeed the profiler!

Thank you, i will reply back if this doesn't work, I don 't have any ports left on the back of my pc I'll have to swap them or try the front ones. I got the profiler from the Logi. website, does this include the drivers? I think it must because win 7 can find the wheel...

Hello there. I'll get right to the point. I just received a DFGT, and I have installed the 64 bit profiler off of the Logitech website for Windows 7. It will not detect it, but Windows will, and I can go into properties.

When I run lfs, the wheel is not synced right with the onscreen, it moves it only about 320 degrees, until it hits 900 onscreen. Also, forcefeedback is not working either, I assume because I can't get the Logi. software working. Also (wow lots of also's) the Seq. shifter is not found in lfs either. Neither is the big center button.

I would really like some help!

I've played the LFS demo for about a year now, but just recently jumped in and bought S2. I AM SO GLAD I DID! It was worth it! I drift quite a lot, but I also love f1 racing. I am getting a DFGT tomorrow, just bought it today. I've been using mouse, but I realized a wheel would be much more fun! I would like to get into some REAL races, not just blackwood fbm...I am wondering what do I have to do to get into better races with the V8 or other? Maybe run some hotlaps....

Anyways, a little about myself: My name is Collin, I live in the U.S., I like DnB music, and I like racing sims, although I do like to play some arcade ones once in a while!

never mind i found it in my download folder 1000000's of files now i have to reinstall again great i used all my s2 unlocks argh i'm an idiot thanks anyway.

it works now, but i can't find my new lfs folder!!! I've tried searching, i can't find it i can find the exe in my downloads and s2 works but i have NONE of my settings, i have 2 backup folders with data in them, but i can't find the lfs folder anywhere!

Help! First of all hi, i'm w3rrd.

I need massive help I downloaded a mod (stupidly; never again) and i made a backup before doing this, then i put the backup back in (data folder) but now everything is glitched, no tracks, no cars, i have looked online for a backup but i am just downloading the exe. again. so sorry for horrible grammar i am in a hurry and needed to ask this.
