I was putting that in a different category. Although I see your point.

G20 and G50 would be great, but they are kinda covered by LX4 as you say and porsche lookalike...

Although as Westfield put it.. they would be deperate for the publicity and it would give that real world feel to the game.

How possible is it to have two new cars for Cruise Servers only.

1) Police Cruiser, Fast"ish" with good"ish" handling and with some bars on the front to prevent damage to the front of the car. Flashing lights would be a benefit

2) Tow Truck. Bags of Torque, limited rev range, top speed of 50 or so, LOADS of grip in sand traps to push cars that are stuck.
If at all possible a grapple function for stationary cars would be ace allowing you to pull cars out of traps.

Maybe something for S3, but it would certainly make me purchase it.

How about a 1.6 litre Ginetta G27

500kg and about 140bhp. Long wheelbased ultra lightweight limited power racing. Something thats missing from LFS.

Some more rally cross tracks would also be nice, less bumpy, but more dirt.
This would open up the whole realm of Group B Rally cars. (rs200, 6r4 etc..)

Personally I think LFS already has a good balance of cars. Although some more selection in the lower end of the spectrum would be great, some turbo charged variant of a front wheel drive hatchback that has a lot more peaky torque would be a great addition, something hard to master, but easy to drive.

I have to agree with some others about a V8 as well, something great for straight line but terrible round the bends, would make for interesting racing.

Nascar may be an idea, although thats kinda a the GT variant of a V8.

One alternative addition to LFS is a Pace car, AI controlled to do the warmup laps and a rolling start.

I personally think LFS should stay away from F1 cars, LFS could stand the risk of becoming yet another standard racing sim rather than something different. There are tonnes of F1 racers, but not many cross racers, and thats what makes LFS interesting.
