Any leaks on some new features that X2 would bring over the current X-System?

I'm just happy to see the X-System now working since I left a year back.

I find this would be helpful for myself and many other beginners.

I'm looking for something like a ghost mod or possibly a mod that show's my best line (tracks my fastest time for a particular track and records my racing line) for practice.

Any idea if this kind of thing exists?
