im building a computer on a strict budget and i need a really good videocard for 100$ untill i find a better job to afford the 1 8800ultra im saving for motherboard has no onboard video, or else id use it, but i still want a fast card keep in mind

i mean, the way the whine works is it gets louder the faster you go correct?, cant a turbo spool work the same way?, just gets louder as you pick up rpm, same as the gear whine but kick in faster? except it resets itself soon as a gearswitch happens?

hey, i got a question i dunno if i should be posting here, but, nstead of using the Gear whine or road noises could u possibly make a Turbo Spooling sound?
