But at least 77 should be free i think!

Besides, is there a fix date where the "Big" LFSCART starts? Didnt found something about that.

Its definitely not illegal to torrent it, in any Country.
Because Falke is the publisher he can do what ever he can release it where ever he wants. Exept one of the racers dont want to be in the Video
