No, they not. Sure, there is a lot of pirated CDs, but i'm personally buying only licensed stuff. Dunno, how our local publishers make deals with original publishers, but this works
Speaking about games, we have very interesting situation in Russia - games cost here about 150-300 roubles (5-10 USD), and they NOT pirated, they localized (fully translated to russian, without english content, so unusable for non-russian speakers ). So LFS costs about 5 times more than usual game (RBR for example).
Yes, i can afford LFS. But i don't think that price is reasonable for me. I'm not going to spend several hours everyday with it, trying to beat WR, i'm just playing several times every week.
