Have you checked the FAQ section of the website, there is a mention of having to use the game password instead of the web password, and a link to this troubleshooting forum thread: https://www.lfs.net/forum/thread/29454

Also in the FAQ there is a mention that one get's more unlocks once a week in case one ends up using all of the ones they have available.

If someone has encountered this type of issue they might be able to provide more help, as I'm just going by what I've read.

Are you using a mouse or wheel+pedals? If wheel then which one?

Have you checked which input is bound to the throttle?

In options->display->show pedals you can set the pedal positions to be shown on the lower right corner of the screen, so you can see, if they respond to the inputs you are using.

First off I haven't owned that processor or a similar one with the same integrated gpu, so the following is simply a guess, but assuming a single monitor and no vr I would tell you to not stress about fps.

I was able to run dual screens in LFS with a radeon hd5450 with at least 60fps. Never bothered to check the exact number as it ran so well. If that CPU has the integrated vega 8, that a quick google search would suggest, it should be faster than the GPU I had.

I've managed to port most of this project to python 3.8, seems to be running fine (hasn't crashed and messages seem to look mostly ok)

One issue that I ran into with both python 2.7 & 3 was that the original insim.py file throws at line 2024, when attempting to send messages that start with a slash ("/"). The solution is kinda ugly atm, and there are probably some other hidden issues still, but I'll make a pull request when I'm more confident that I haven't left anything too horrific in there code.

If anyone ends up reading this thread later I think the most straight forward solution was using pyinsim. Seems to end up being a bit hacky, but works fine for now.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I've seen some servers where races on shorter tracks have higher amount of laps than shorter ones. Is it possible to configure on the dedicated server's setup.cfg file, or does that require the usage of an external plugin?

I have a DIY shifter and I have some spare switches, few that act like normal buttons and couple that are two position -> on/off ones.
I'd like to add some switches on my shifter box... the question is:

Would it be possible to setup lfs show for ex. the pitsettings when one of the switches is on-> it would be seen as button is pressed and shown when the button is pressed.
