Fifth Gear is showing Tiff entering a D1GP drift competition. I reckon he could do quite well!!

just watched it, fair play to him he didn't do too bad, i never realised just how difficult it is to do irl!!

would of liked to see that, damn cinema.

I think that was the car, a Jap import, power up to 490ish bhp, with a chuffin great big truck turbo!! Apparently the lag was terrible.

I always thought drifters did the scandinavian flick to start the drift, but in this competition that was not allowed, so they use the handbrake then dump the clutch to keep the wheels spinning. Poor Tiff managed to brake the drive shaft!!! but he did manage to string a couple of drifts together. Like everything else, when someone does it properly it looks effortless.
