i just created a 100x100 pixel sheet using the pivout prog and saved as a gif and uploaded. it has to be smaller than 64k. my flag moved when i was logged in as me but when i used a friends comp and viewed the site it was static. so try a new gif and upload it

you should bear in mind that (for some reason) nt all gifs move and others that do dont on certain websites. some thing to do with the encoding. but i dont know for certain. but try a diff gif

Who? Me? Adobe image express, iirc. (Is that an actual product? I can't seem to remember ... ) Anyway, the application i used came bundled with Adobe Photoshop 6 or 7.
