Some time ago I've downloaded a program which can help with skin creations.
I don't remember the name and also I can't find on forum this program.
I remember one thing. You can put your new skin to this program and check how it's looks on car in real time render.
If someone remember this program or you have on your HDD, send some link.

It's been replaced by in-game function: In the car/mod selection screen there is a button marked "viewer" on the left - click that and you get the same function as the standalone program, but for all cars and mods.

It will be refreshing skin after changes?

There is a "reload" button in the viewer, for forcing a reload after you change the skin

To have the Viewer automatically refresh your skin when you change the .jpg file, enable "auto" next to the reload button.
