The only road legal car from LFS original cars made it's return to RTFR after 45 races. The car has it's reputation of being either loved or hated,mostly nothing in between and the bumpy South City surely provided some extra points towards hate part. Still - it's a good challenge and 28 drivers were able to set a laptime during qualifying,at least trying the challenge,however 4 left before start of the race,leaving 24 drivers on grid. Between all of them was not the already crowned champion M - with 47 points advantage over closest rival it was not needed to make effort for championship anymore.
Gábor in this race started 2 winning streaks - he was previous winner in both overall last race and also last race with this car. He was unchallenged through whole evening and besides setting new world record in this combo earlier in the evening,gathered up all the achievements from this race by leading all 27 laps (with this exceeding 700 laps led mark) and finishing with 13 seconds gap. It was the hungarian's 34th RTFR race win (just 2 less than all time leading number set by Botsi),28th pole position,30th fastest lap of the race (all time most) and 61st top5 finish. Rest of the podium was taken by winner's teammates - R.Kardol was the better one finishing 2nd and scoring his 94th top5 finish,Unite was the better one in qualifying,but was demoted to 3rd place in results - 81st top5 finish for the finn. The 2nd finn in top5 with race running finnish made car was P.Koivunen in 4th place - that is his 7th top5 finish,2 positions better than his best result in this season,top5 was closed by driver with 3 numbers in his name,who scored his 2nd top5 finish 4 weeks after his 1st.

With this the 1st scored season of RTFR is over and next race in 2 weeks will be an off-season race,therefor there is no information about combo besides the usual rhythm of having a slick tyre using car after road tyre car. Next week the server will be randomized in terms of car selection - round 6 of RandomCar 2024 Series will take place in Kyoto's Sprint 8-track,however july's RTFR XL edition will bring us back to South City,where FZR will be raced in Town Course reversed.
