Could you help me or remove this doubt about whether it is possible to upload a personalized skin for the character's "suit"?

If so, how do I modify it so I can upload it and everyone can see it?

Not possible - suit modifications are client side only.

However it would be nice personalization addition if in future it would be possible.

If it's any consolation, you could do this:

You can upload that suit image to somewhere where people could download it. You can then ask them to put that image to their [LFS-folder]/data/pic folder. Naturally it would replace one of the default suits in-game, but they would then be able to see that suit in their own computer as well. Just ask them to backup that original suit
