I currently have it set to 100 but it feels really off and weird, I also have no idea what ff steps and rate does so some help on setting this up would be much appreciated

Set FF steps to max you can (i think 10000) and FF rate to 100.

at 100% you're probably getting clipping, there's an indicator you can turn on in the setting. It's horizontal bar, with yellow representing ffb force, when it turns red, it's clipping.

I personally use somewhere between 10-15% on most cars, with steering range limited in the logitech software to 540 deg
