How has everyone done?

Just logged onto UCAS this morning to see that I have been accepted onto my course, I don't know my grades yet but thats all I'm bothered about.

So happy!

Nice one, which uni are you going to and what are you gonna study?
Our work experience lad here is suddenly "not bothered" after getting his results. !
Well done! Hope there's not too much bickering following the announcement of percent passes increasing. Same arguments every year, if the grade averages rise they say its a general lowering of exam standards, if the grade averages fall they say its general lowering of lesson standards.illepall
There's nothing wrong with moaning provided it's aimed at "them". ...
aahhh i get my gcses next week (passed two already, both b grade)
bah is the radio going to be full of exam malarky. Never here us Scottish jumping up and down at exam results I've never known when I was going to get my results, they just appear

What are A levels anyway against the SQA system? Highers?
#8 - Smax
Yes, 'A' levels are the equivalent of the Scottish highers.
A levels? Ah, I remember them. Didn't see what all the hoo-har was about myself but then my Uni would take anyone. Woo, back to Uni in 3 weeks.

Good luck all those awaiting results.

We got ours like two weeks ago then

I got:
B - Advanced Higher Graphic Communication
B - Advanced Higher Information Systems
B - Higher Art & Design
C - Higher English

Pretty pleased as I spent so much time in the common room playing 4 player N64 Mario Tennis
I've just returned from a hectic night, with a large amount of alcohol being consumed.

Just about ok though, with everyone of my friends gaining what they needed, so a pretty happy camp.

I got a BCCD, gaining me entry into Sheffield Hallam.

Thanks everyone for the comments, very much appreciated.

What you going on to study?
Man, I go for a curry on Thursday nights (did anyone guess my love for 'spoons?) - I felt like I was above the average age. Some fine, blatantly barely 18 totty about. Ah, I'm training to be a dirty old man, and it's great.
Good job keiran, I got pretty much the same: BBBB for me

Chris, well done too!

And even better, I managed to get onto a course at RGU through Clearing, starting on Sept. 18th

Cool I'm going to Aberdeen College to do an HND and then hopefully specialise into year 2 of Animation at Uni or if I fail to get into animation, graphic design.

Keiran

Sheffield is a great night out
Hehe I'm going back on the 2nd of October..

My A levels went horribly wrong, CDEE or something like that, got rejected by all 6 unis in my UCAS form (UMIST and the like). On the second try all accepted and chose SSU. In retrospect I can only wonder why..

So grats for getting on the course first time!
