how do you change drivers? I see the little "T" but I dont know how to change it... plz help!!

Click the 'T' on another person's name, and wait for him/her to accept the transfer. You'll then be driving his/her car with its settings. Dunno if it only works in pits or what, though.

Yes, you have to drive to the pits to do this.

After your pitstop is over, the other driver is in the car.
