hey goys i wana unlock with my s2 account lfs 0.3H but i cant cuz there si no space like in s2 to write my username and pass.only a button:about s1.
so plz help cuz i wanna try the old s1.

The old S1 could really no longer be unlocked because the unlock method has changed since then I think.

Before, you would put in an unlock code and you could unlock S1. But now, we have a password to put in, and it is completely different. Even if you could still somehow try and unlock S1, I don't think it would work. The old unlock method is probably no longer allowed or existant.

i was spoken with a man here and he said he unlocked s1 with changing the webpass with the game or i dont know something like that (i dont remember :schwitz

I unlocked S1 a few days ago to play with the old LFStweak (sound raspyness is awesome), it worked just fine!

The "about S1" button appeared in the demo version.
Maybe you don't have the full version?

Old S1 (0.3H) is available from the link in the post above - perhaps you could have clicked in before posting and bumping the thread? You can find LFSTweak for 0.3H here: http://lfs.thefloatingwidget.net/twk_s1.html, along with some presets I made at the time.

Of course you'll only have access to the demo cars until you buy a license. Note the old versions are not even unlockable anymore without a mod (search unofficial add-ons forum).

Well you can unlock the S1 now... I found a thread which had the old S1 versions cracked (LEGAL CRACKING FROM PERMISSION FROM DEVS) in the Unofficial Addons. Oh sorry I found the old S1 Tweak at another post in RSC. SORRRY !!!

EDIT: The LFS Download Archive doesn't have S1H FULL VERSION!

that is no cracked version (how come you think there would be cracks on the official lfsforum)
you still need a valid S2 license to unlock the copy of 0.3H

I get no car sounds whatsoever with 0.3H on Vista but I do hear the music playing. Tried some compatibility modes with no help, any ideas?

The only idea i had is SWITCH BACK TO WINDOWS XP!

Old versions of LFS don't play sound on Vista, simple as that. The MS developers neglected the WaveOut system which LFS used to use to play sound - there is a MASSIVE delay between a program playing the sound, and it coming out of your speakers. The delay is so much that LFS didn't have a setting to play it late enough to actually hear it. So LFS was forced to change to use DirectSound, and now it works well on all version of Windows. There were also unlocking issues with Vista. Basically you need the new versions to run on Vista.
