I think I've completed this little script far enough for it to work for others as well, so I thought I'd share it in case someone's interested in it.
As it is, it reads the currently playing song from my favourite online radio channel's page and sends it to my LFS screen as yellow text. You'll need to write your own fetchy code if you want to use it with another source but do you really need to, the channel in it is teh bestest![](/static/smilies/biggrin.gif)
