Logitech DFP Problem
Carrying on from my other post i thought i might try to find out whats wrong with my DFP

everything was working fine for abot a week then one day i went to play and the wheel had 0 power.. none what so ever.

i tried using a different power pack with the same voltages and nothing happened.

this also happened to the lad i bought it off, (he got a new one sent to him so the one i have was still in its wrapping)

any clues as to wats wrong or how to fix it ??

cheers.

I don't own a wheel but have some knowledge in this area.
First get yourself a set of electrical testers and I will try to help you along the way.
my dad has one but i have NO IDEA how to use it lol

Ok to begin:
You said that you tryed a second power adaptor, before we go any further check that the adaptor that you tryed IS NOT "DC" and that it is "AC~"
i dont have either of the adapors anymore,
Update:

i have tested the power pack and there is a current going through it.

i have reconnected the wheel back up to the computer and the light on the right hand side stays lit, the left light flashes.

every so often the left light will stay lit.

i have downloaded ****440eng.exe and installed it when running it eveything works fine but the steering wheel (software) doesnt move, pedals dont move.

any ideas?
