Have you thought about a 'stripped' texture mod?
Instead of nice comfy carpets just bare metal. For added comfort riffled metal under the driver's feet, and otherwise only what's necessary (i.e. the frame of the vehicle, and one leather belt to close the driver's door).
I don't know how well this will work with LFS because the models weren't made for this, but you might want to take a look into it...

Is this guy really 8? I've not got a problem with that or anything, you've got to start young if you want to get good at these things. It's just with the list of 'mods' you guys have given him i don't think his parents will see him again until he's 20
And who knows, we may even be racing S3 by then
