The online racing simulator
severe crash (black screen, repeating sound)
I wasn't having this problem yesterday, and I haven't done anything to my computer since it was working. It was doing this a few days ago and I thought I fixed it, but now it's crashing again.

After driving around for about a minute my computer crashes, monitor goes off and sound is screwed up, repeating. Could this be caused by an overheated GFX card? I've tried multiple older and newer drivers for my sound card and video card. I used to play LFS alot with no problems and this crashing is worrisome.

I'm reinstalling windows if I can't get anything else to work.

Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2

Win XP Pro
make sure that ur CPU and graphic card isnt overheating (especially when overclocked)
ok, it got worse (crashed before windows loaded), so i tried the card in another computer and it did the same thing, so this is a great excuse to get a new card.

i'm pretty sure it was overheating, although nothing was overclocked. My tv tuner card covered up half of the video card's fan, so that was probably the main problem, even though it had been fine for over a year now.
