I've seen that before and it's good incar video. Car handling and everything looks just like in RBR. Even the 206's engine sounds similar (at least with Realistic Soundmod). I could do a compare video if we had that same stage in the game.

I gotta say the way the men raced back then is alot rougher than we see them doing nowadays. Suspension does not know comfort, only keep the wheels under the car and doing dangerous stuff to pass doesnt seem unusual.

I've got the full season reviews of every season of the BTCC from 1988 to 1998 (except 1990 - because it's so hard to get hold of - and 1996) on VHS, as well the 2002 DVD. Always absolutely fantastic racing. Bring back the late-80's Sierra RS500s!

Anyway, here's a short season review of the battle between Steve Soper and Andy Rouse in 1988 (from the same website). Commentary by the legendary Murray Walker.

If you go to the root directory of that video, http://supervroum.noalia.net/chameau/spy , there's some more on-board Caterham videos. The tracks are all French (or Belgian) so it must be the French Caterham series. The Croix-en-Ternois video is a good one - lots of argy-bargy racing going on!

Man, thanks for all these links guys, Ive done nothing for the past few days but download and watch racing vids. Does any1 know where to find some good FIA GT vids, Ive been searching for a while but all I get is GTR game footage, or small 15-20sec vids from a select few team websites and you cant ddl em you can just watch.

Thanks for the link Boris, ddl`n the vids now. I just watched 1 and its awsome, just the type of stuff I am lookin for. Dont understand a word thats said or printed but thats cool, sweet engine noise is engine noise no matter what the language.

Good videos.

Lotus Caterham looks so fun to drive. And it looks just like LFS (except engine sound). I had to again realise that how realistic LFS really is.

Actually I would like to make a IRL vs. LFS compare video from those, there were some similar sections and corners that we have in LFS' tracks. First I'll just need to learn to use Adobe Premiere. I have always wanted to make a long LFS movie and this is going to be a good little exercise job.

Those are also awesome movies. Good quality and what's even more important - good camera angles (incar videos are boring if you can't see the wheel).
