If my friend makes a server and gives me the host password, i can use all the host commands ect, but i can't use the Layout editor. I can do SHIFT+U to get the screen up but the options for the layouts aren't there. Is it actually possible to do this using a server option or something? Thanks.

You could edit the layouts with Paint.
