Hi,

Just a minor annoyance.

I have disabled automatic skins download and upon connecting to a server I get a "can't load skin : XYZ_Blah" for every car on track (screenshot attached).

Why did you disable auto skin d/l? Is it connection spped or disk storage related?

Well, you have auto skin download DISABLED. You will then get an error everytime you encounter another racer that has a custom skin. You won't have their skin in your skins_x folder for LFS to load. This is not a bug, if it can't load the skin because you don't have auto skin downloading turned on, then you will get this message.

But wouldn't it be better, if there would be just one message like "Auto skin download disabled, no custom skins will be downloaded" instead of giving a message or every skin which can not be downloaded, because the player disabled it ?

Yes it would. maybe next update to the s2 alpha?
