Does anybody know where the file is, that commands which carsound is loaded?

I got into a glitch about a year ago, and now my XRT always loads FZ_ sounds. It sounded nice for some time, but now I want my V4 sound back again!!

I tried copying all my files to a new LFS install, but that didn't work.. And now I'm out of unlocks, so I can't keep on copying.

Do you mean it only loads "FZ5_Blah.eng" files? If so it may only be a matter of re-naming them.

The XRT loads only FZ5_bladiebla.eng files.

I've located it for about 50% but can't test any further since i cant unlock
The file should be in LFS/Data/misc, but which one it is? Don't know

But I found the file, it was in the misc map, I thought it was called: DEFAULT.something, don't remember exactly anymore though.. Anywho, PROBLEM FIXED, carry on

Btw: Using ImportFantasy's SR20DET sound, it really is the best for XRT All others sound weird..

Some sounds I made, some are really great I think, have fun!;p

And a couple of XRT`s

Renamed FZR and XRR sounds fitted to XRT very well. BOV doesn't work in FZR sample. You may calibrate the files for more successful results.

I forget where i picked this sound up from, anyway i did a 5 second edit in game and i'm pleased with the result. The result being a half decent rotary sound.
