Just to finish off to this one, I got a reply back from Nildram. They say they don't throttle any ports. Which is good. Also, the horrible loss I was getting above is gone. Think one of the gateways had gone a little Brokeback Mountain.

Im still with Pipex, dont know if I have the issues anymore as I dont do LFS online, as its unplayable - or at least was when I last tried. Will try again after next update.

Since posting this - I have gone online and raced with my team mates.... Pre 9pm - I cant get connected - after 10 pm - I can race for ever.... 9-10 pm seems to be a issue as it used to be. Pipex wont say they do - but they must throttle...
