Have you tried BATracer?

I think it lasts a less time than the other leagues (about a month) but requires more commitment (have to look everyday to do well).

Yeah I remember playing Niki at BATRacer, he sucked at it.

I've really got into F1 Team Manager at the moment, as always the most enjoyable part is building your team up to success.
