Several endurance racing improvements
I competed in the AAL's 3 hours of Kyoto and thought I should list a few things that could improve the endurance racing experience (was really enjoyable nonetheless, just for the record).

- option to select team mate before the race, which could make driver transfers easier (perhaps assigning a keyboard button to request/confirm swap, rather than having to open the connection list and clicking the 'T')

- all telemetary could be viewed by the spectating team mate, with the ability for this person to adjust the race strategy (basically acting as the team's engineer) Note: I'm not sure of the logistics of this, maybe too many packets will be sent across the server

- related: when adjusting race strategy, the spectating team mate should be able to see and adjust both driver and spectator strategies

- driver swaps should happen DURING the pitstop, not just after. Again, not sure of the logistics

- and the simplest yet arguably most effective improvement, being able to send 'private' messages to each other in a similar way to the current system, but whereby all other drivers can't see the messages. This could perhaps be initiated by pressing 'p' instead of 't'. I know of other methods, like teamspeak (not sure what this is), but would be good to have a simple in-game system
