Hi you coders!

I'm searching for a lightweight software for making Class diagrams, E/Rs, and those SW things.

Good GUI and good printing is preferred.
Do not suggest Rational Rose or Visio, those are overkill for my needs.

Have you tried Dia before?

I gave it a run some years back on BSD but there's a windoze port too. Not quite Visio, but by the sounds of it, that might be a good thing(tm) judging by your comment

It's open-source too

I see I have to install GTK, now I'm at work and I can't but will try at home.

Any more recomendations?

I've only used Visio in anger, and Rational Rose in trial, neither of which are cheap/free.

A search on sourceforge.net might turn up something though.

UMLPad isn't amazing, but it gets the job done for some diagrams, though it lacks detail.

Using Dia will make you want to tear your hair out and rip the nearest persons lungs from their chest just to make the frustration go away.

Umbrello is the nicer one of the lot I've used, but its not got a native Windows port
