I did not see this one reported here.
Ok, so I watched replay, then near end of replay I did choose esc(menu) -> exit or what it reads in that red box. Then I wen't to the garage and that text was in there.
It did not go away even I started another race or car.
I was in single player mode and laps were set to practise.
Maybe this happens in other circumstances too, but this is how I noticed it.
Here is pic from problem, counter did not go to 0 and text did not go away.
