How to calculate the odds. Seriously.
Right,

So here at work I usually keep a supply of vitamins to take with meals a couple of times a day. Usually one multivitamin and one vitamin C ("Ester C", to be precise).

When I run out here, at home I pull out a zip lock bag and randomly pour a few shakes of the respective containers into the ziploc to bring to work. Now that my supply is run dry, I note today that I had exactly one of each type of vitamin left in the bag for tomorrow. Struck with the rarity of such an occasion, I can't help but ponder what the odds are that I would pour a precisely identical amount of each into the bag.

Therefore, I need a statistcal guru to show me how to calculate the odds. What do I need to know - how much of each was in the bag & how much was in each container? Hmm..

I think you should eat more oranges and apples etc. With pills that thing is just too complicated, I don't even think it is possible to calculate but then again I don't know everything

ok, well if you do this on a calculator

[Number of outcomes]C[Number of time x happened]x(the probability of x happening)[to the power of how many times it happened]x(the probability of x NOT happening)[to the power of however many times it didnt happen]

Hope this make sense
Wizards have calculated that million to one odds occur nine times in ten.

if there are a million outcomes, and each is as likely as one, its a 10/10 chance it will happen!

Becky Pratchett?
Well; they are "extracted from a variety of natural sources and herbs"...
