Right, can't remember is this has been said before and most people will have probably come across this.

Its not so much of a bug but its extremly irritating.

As you know, pit limiter is mapped to 'l' even if you map it to another button.

So when typing during a race, down a main straight, and the last letter of a word is 'l' e.g awful and press enter, the pit limiter comes on !

Catches me out sometimes and is annoying during when online.

i dont remember that happening to me. maybe i just never used the letter L in chat during a race.

It's the same case as with the shifting. If the last letter you type is the letter mapped for changing down a gear, it changes down. Annoying really..

Well he's right, often i type lol just before a race starts and i will start the race with the limiter on. My friend Coffey has had this a lot too.

Happens to me way to much.

Just unmap the L button.

Or we could just have the bug fixed

yep it happens to me too. it seems to to happen only if you hit enter quick enough after you type the last letter. :P
