If 1 had less of the banners around the edge..etc. Also, if it were a higher resolution and wasn't blurry, then 1. But looking at those two pictures there, 2.

i didnt make the skin, it was taken from master skinnerz, so if you want it , get it from the skin comp section on their forum. the only thing i did was the 2nd render
